Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to take place on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider Un-Audited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company alongwith its Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Limited Review Report (LRR) for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of Company shall remain closed for 2 working days prior to the date of the Board Meeting viz. November 11, 2014 to November 13, 2014 and 24 hours after the Board Meeting i.e. from November 13, 2014 to November 14, 2014 and trading in Shares of Company are fully prohibited during this period.
