Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the "Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading in BEL Securities" under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in the meeting held on May 04, 2015 and the same shall be effective from May 15, 2015.
