With reference to the earlier letter dated January 04, 2017 regarding proposed Board meeting on January 27, 2017, Bharat Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that at the said meeting, inter alia, the proposal for Sub-division of equity shares of the company of face value of Rs. 10/- each will also be consider by the Board.<BR><BR>The aforesaid proposal, if approved by the Board, will be subject to the approval of the Shareholders.<BR><BR>The Closing of trading window from January 07, 2017 to January 29, 2017 as intimated earlier shall continue to hold good for the above proposal.
