Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 17.30 per share for the year 2013-14. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 6 per share for the year 2013-14 paid in Feb-2014. The final dividend for 2013-14 will be paid within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders in the AGM to be held in Sept 2014.
