Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2016 and also to consider & recommend Final Dividend on equity shares of the Company, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in pursuance of the "Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading in BEL Securities", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 07, 2016 to May 29, 2016.
