Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, in addition to the Interim Dividend @ Rs. 6.00 per share paid during the last quarter, a Final Dividend of Rs. 23.00 per share for the financial year 2014-15 has been recommended.
