Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company at their 60th Annual General Meeting held<br/>on September 25, 2014 declared payment of 173% Final Dividend on the paid up equity capital of the Company (i.e., Rs. 17.30 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each). It is hereby notified that the Company has fixed October 23, 2014 as the due date of payment of Final Dividend for the year 2013-14.
