Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on January 12, 2017 assigned a pool of receivables of an aggregate value of Rs. 313.78 crore to one of the largest public sector banks on direct assignment basis as per the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India. This is the second direct assignment transaction during FY17. This may be one of the largest assignment transactions in the microfinance industry post demonetization.
