Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Company, CDP Bharat Forge Holding GmBH, Germany has acquired 100% equity shares of Mecanique Generale Langroise, France. In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated January 02, 2015, titled "Acquisition of Oil & Gas Machining Company in France".<BR><BR>In this connection as per Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for all directors/designated employees with effect from Monday, December 22, 2014.
