Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the financial year 2016-17. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated personnel and their immediate relatives from Saturday, May 13, 2017 till Friday, May 26, 2017 (both days inclusive).
