This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. <BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors and Designated Personnel, including their immediate relatives from Monday, July 31, 2017 till Saturday, August 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> Kindly take note of the same for your records.<BR>
