Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that Kalyani ALSTOM Power Limited (a Joint Venture of the Company) has amalgamated in to ALSTOM Bharat Forge Power Limited (another Joint Venture of the Company) as per scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi vide order dated August 07, 2014.
