Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2015 to August 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 03, 2015.<BR><BR>The payment of dividend, if approved at the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 03, 2015 will be made on or before August 21, 2015.
