With reference to the earlier letter dated May 08, 2015, Bharat Forge Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has adopted the new Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. In view of the provisions of the said regulations and the revised Code of Conduct, the Company has extended the closure of trading window upto May 22, 2015.
