Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 01, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In purview of the above, pursuant to the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors and Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed from July 11, 2014 to August 02, 2014 (both days inclusive).
