With reference to the earlier letter dated April 24, 2015 regarding Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of BHEL for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015. In this respect, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has informed that recommendation of Final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15 will also be considered by the Board in the aforesaid meeting.
