With reference to the earlier letter dated April 24, 2015 & May 13, 2015, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors, interalia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of BHEL for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 and to recommend Final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15 will now be held on May 26, 2015 instead of May 27, 2015. The period of closure of Trading Window shall remain unchanged.
