With reference to the eralier latter dated April 25, 2016, regarding meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of BHEL for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has now informed BSE that recommendation of Final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16 will also be considered by the Board in the aforesaid meeting.
