| Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014:<br/><br/>The Standalone Results are as follows :<br/><br/>The Un-Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 18445.90 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 32375.30 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 153203.80 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 194967.70 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2013.<br/><br/>The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 34607.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 66147.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 407248.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 495463.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2013.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows :<br/><br/>The Audited Consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs. 35028.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 66933.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 411924.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 500446.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2013.<br/><br/>"Consequent to merger of M/s Bharat Heavy Plates and Vessels Ltd. (BHPV) with the company w.e.f. August 30, 2013, the financial results of HPVP unit (erstwhile M/s BHPV) have been included in the above results. In view of this, figures for the current reporting period are not comparable with the figures in corresponding period of previous year." | |
