Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed September 30, 2017 as the Record Date for the purpose of issuance of Bonus Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1 (One) new equity bonus share Rs. 2/- each for every 2 (Two) existing equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the 53rd AGM to he held on September 22, 2017.
