Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has recommend a final dividend @15%, i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share on the fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The item for consideration and recommendation of final dividend; was not a part of agenda items and hence was discussed as any other item However, the final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share recommended on May 29, 2015, would be payable after the declaration of the said dividend by the shareholders of the Company in their forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
