Bharati Shipyard Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business, subject to all necessary approvals:<BR><BR>1. Change of name of the Company from "Bharati Shipyard Limited" to "Bharati Defence And Infrastructure Limited".<BR><BR>2. Change of Objects Clause of the Company to enable the Company to foray into Defence products and other allied activities.<BR><BR>3. To issue Convertible Warrants to the lender.
