With reference to the news article in The Business Line dated August 13, 2015 captioned "Airtel eyes BSNL's spectrum", Bharti Airtel Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"It is hereby submitted that Bharti Airtel Limited in ordinary course of business has written a letter to BSNL expressing its preliminary interest for entering into intra circle roaming arrangements with BSNL.<BR><BR>The related media reports are self-explanatory and the Company does not have any thing further to explain."
