With reference to the earlier Press Release dated September 08, 2014 regarding "Airtel divests African telecoms tower assets to Eaton Towers", Bharti Airtel Ltd has now informed BSE that the agreements for sale of tower assets in Africa between Bharti Airtel Malawi Holdings B.V. & ors. and Eaton Towers (Lilongwe) Limited & ors. has lapsed and therefore stands terminated.
