This is further to our intimations dated February 28, 2019 and April 10, 2019 informing about the approval of issue of equity shares of the Company by way of a rights issue (&apos;Rights Issue&apos;) to the eligible shareholders of the Company for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 250,000 million (Rupees Two Fifty Thousand million) and announcement of &apos;Record Date&apos; as April 24, 2019 respectively. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; In relation to the aforesaid Rights Issue, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, April 19, 2019, has inter-alia approved:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; (i) the &apos;Letter of Offer&apos; to be filed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited and to be submitted with Securities and Exchange Board of India; and&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; (ii) Rights Issue schedule:&lt;BR&gt; ? Issue opening date: May 03, 2019;&lt;BR&gt; ? Issue closing date: May 17, 2019; and&lt;BR&gt; ? Last date for receiving request for Split application forms: May 10, 2019.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The meeting commenced at IST 1100 Hrs. and concluded at IST 1200 Hrs.&lt;BR&gt;
