The Exchange had sought clarification from Bharti Airtel Ltd with respect to news appearing in a leading financial daily on May 06, 2015 titled "Bharti may raise$ 2 bn to expand 4G services."<BR><BR>Bharti Airtel Ltd replied stating "We submit as under:<BR><BR>Bharti Airtel Limited keeps evaluating various financing options, on an ongoing basis in ordinary course of business.<BR><BR>The Company further confirms that it has not entered into any agreement in this regard and has not released any specific information pertaining to the news report."
