With reference to the earlier letter dated July 09, 2014, Bharti Airtel Ltd has now informed BSE that the agreements for sale of tower assets in Democratic Republic of Congo between the respective subsidiaries of Bharti Airtel Limited and Helios Towers Africa have lapsed and therefore stand terminated.
