The Exchange has sought clarification from Bharti Airtel Ltd with respect to disclosure dated December 15, 2014 titled "Airtel to divest telecoms tower assets in Zambia and Rwanda to IHS" and news article dated December 16, 2014 titled, "Airtel sells 1100 towers in Zambia, Rwanda for Rs. 2K Cr".<BR><BR>In this regard, Bharti Airtel Ltd has been requested to provide the clarification to the Exchange with respect to the consideration amount involved in the transaction and why the same was not included in the disclosure to the Exchange.<BR><BR>The reply is awaited.
