Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company had allotted 50000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2013 to the employees, who had exercised the option at an exercise price of Rs. 156 /- in the meeting held on March 27, 2015. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.
