Appointment of Mr. S. R. Sharma nominated as Nominee Director by the Punjab National Bank.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Pankaj Sharma as Independent Additional Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Rakesh Singhal as Independent Additional Director of the Company.<BR><BR>4. Approval of Draft Notice of Postal Ballot for passing Special Resolutions for payment of Managerial Remunerations.
