Bhushan Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, for the following purpose:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Trading Window<BR><BR>The trading window will remain closed from May 20, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the Code of Conduct to Regulate monitor and Report Trading by insiders as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
