1. Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (BSIDC) vide letter dated 19th July, 2017 has nominated Mr. Subbiah Siddharth (DIN: 01208759) as Nominee Director in the Board of the Company and withdrawn the nomination of Mrs. Anshuli Arya (DIN: 02753144).<BR> <BR> 2. The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors in their respective meetings have recommended the appointment of M/s K. K. Jain and Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 002465N) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of 35th Annual General Meeting to be held in 2017, subject to approval of the Shareholders, in place of the existing Statutory Auditors, M/s Thakur Vaidyanath Aiyar and Co., Chartered Accountants in compliance with the mandatory rotation of Auditor as per provisions of section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.
