Bihar Sponge Iron Ltd has informed BSE that Chandil Power Limited was a Subsidiary of Bihar Sponge Iron Limited by virtue of Section 4(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956. With effect from September 29, 2014 the Company, Chandil Power Limited cease to be Subsidiary Company of Bihar Sponge Iron Limited. The Board considered the matter in the meeting of the Board held on November 14, 2014.
