Binani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company shall remain closed from January 16, 2015 till January 31, 2015.
