| The Exchange has sought clarification from Biocon Ltd with respect to the media report in Economic Times dated December 15, 2014 stating "Biocon plans to set up Mfg unit in Vizag"<BR> <BR>Biocon Ltd is requested to clarify on :-<BR><BR>1. Why the said news was not intimated in terms of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement<BR>2. What will be the impact on the revenue of the company post setting up of Mfg unit in Vizag<BR> <BR>Biocon Ltd replied stating "We wish to clarify that the Company has been allotted land at Vizag in 2007 & the Company is yet to set up manufacturing facility. We will intimate the exchanges with appropriate details in future when the firm plan to set up a Bio-manufacturing facility is taken by the Company." | |
