Biocon Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (i.e. 100%) for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>The declaration of dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held during July 2014.
