Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from October 29, 2014 to November 06, 2014.
