Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company confirms that as per Clause 8 of the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from August 07, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on August 14, 2015.
