Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider approval of the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further the Company confirms that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the<BR>Company from April 30, 2015 to May 08, 2015.
