With reference to the earlier letter announcement dated July 24, 2014, Birla Precision Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company, being the guarantor for Zenith Birla (India) Limited, has received the possession notice under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) from State Bank of India Mumbai Branch, by which they have taken symbolic possession of the property situated at (i) District Nasik and (ii) One of the property out of three situated at Aurangabad.
