Resignation of M/s. LKM and Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of M/s. Jaiprakash Upadhayay and Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
