Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following business:<BR><BR>1. That the company do participate in the Tender / RPP from MPPSC, MadhyaPradesh Public service commission, Government of Madhya Pradesh for online exam in Madhya Pradesh state.<BR><BR>2. To form a JV/MoU as a consortium member with Diversified business solution Pvt. Ltd.<BR><BR>3. That Mr. Vineet Tripathi, Company Secretary or Mr. Ravindra Indulkar, be and are hereby authorized to sign any documents ,JV/ MoU / Agreements related to abovementioned tender on behalf of the board of directors/company and to do all such act and things may be necessary in this connection.
