Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the First Quarter and three months ended June 30, 2015.
