| BLB Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. To adopt the scheme of Merger and Amalgamation of M/s Manu Properties Pvt. Ltd. With the Company.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the resignation of Ms. Arpita Banerjee from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the appointment of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Specified Persons (Designated Employees, Directors, Promoters and their immediate relatives) from September 18, 2015 till September 30, 2015 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). | |
