Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation letter tendered by Mr. Jerry Hsu, Director vide his letter dated March 25, 2014. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. George Berczely, an Alternate Director to Mr. Jerry Hsu, ceased to be an Alternate Director with effect from March 25, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Thomas Kipp as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 25, 2014.
