Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2016, inter-alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Recommendation of Dividend of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty Five) per share and one time Special Dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) per share aggregating to Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty) per share on the Equity Capital for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to necessary approval by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
