Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2015, approved enhancing stake into Blue Dart Aviation Limited from the present 49% to 74%. Post the approval of the Board, the Company has acquired additional 21% and now Company holds 70% stake into Blue Dart Aviation Ltd.<BR><BR>Consequently, Blue Dart Aviation Limited becomes subsidiary of the Company with effect from June 22, 2015.
