Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2014, inter alia, to take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Circular directing the Listed Companies to notify the Stock Exchange about Trading Window Closure, Company hereby inform that Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from July 16, 2014 to July 24, 2014 for the aforesaid purpose.
