Bodal Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>To consider and approve Standalone Un-audited Financial Result for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 and Bodal Chemicals Ltds Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Corporate Disclosure Practices, Company has informed all the "concerned persons" that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from November 05, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) and the trading window will reopen w.e.f. November 17, 2014.
