Bodal Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on July 30, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>- To consider and approve Standalone Un-audited Financial Result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 and Bodal Chemicals Ltd's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Corporate Disclosure Practices, Company has informed all the "concerned persons" that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from July 22, 2014 to July 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) and the trading window will re-open w.e.f. August 01, 2014.
